Patty’s areas of expertise are P&L maximization, strategy, risk management, digital and systems transformation, innovation, team facilitation, employee experience, talent management, organizational development, change management, performance management, leadership development, procurement and contract management, employee engagement, recruiting, diversity, equity and inclusion, retention, succession, SOP and policy development, communications.
Patty holds an M.A. in Organization Systems Renewal, Organizational Development, and a B.A., magna cum laude, in Psychology, both from Seattle University. She is currently in the process of opening her own business after 22 years at PEMCO Insurance, and amazingly still finds time to pursue her Ph.D. in Organizational Systems at Saybrook University.
